Our Commitment to You

At MetalVerse, every metal poster is made to order and quality-checked before shipping. If there is ever an issue with your order, we will make it right — quickly and without hassle.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your poster arrives damaged or has a print defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Send a photo of the damage to support@metalverse.store or message us on WhatsApp.
  3. We will ship a replacement as soon as possible at zero charge to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong poster, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will send the correct item immediately.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp. After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Because our metal posters are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us — we will always try to find a solution.
